Judi Tarowsky will present an outdoor program at 1 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Belmont County Museum in St. Clairsville Ohio. She will be telling the story of Thomas Carr, whose killing of 13-year-old Louisa Fox shocked the county. But she was but one of his 15 known victims -- and she and he are said to haunt the spot where she was killed. She also will tell the tale of Lady Bend Hill, a haunted section of National Road in Belmont County. She then will proceed to Union Cemetery, where she will tell other ghostly tales. The rain date is Oct. 17.
